Manual Entry Mode

Anything that you think could affect your health and wellness can and should be tracked. Getting a full, long-term view of your habits will increase the chances of understanding how your mind and body works and how they each influence each other that’s unique to you.

You can manually enter all data, but habit data can also be synced from your favorite habit and tracking apps.
