Why it's important to track personal data?
Tracking your personal data allows you to visualize how your daily decisions affect your short-term and long-term health, fitness, and wellness. Knowing your metrics serves as a guide to help you understand what’s already going well and what changes may be needed to optimise your health and lifestyle.
What devices are compatible with Yoptimise?
To start, our open beta will aggregate Garmin trackers and sync data from IOS and Android Apps and services including, but not limited to: productivity trackers, meditation apps, calorie counters, book logs…
We’re currently working on implementing other big players in the wearable market.
Is my information safe?
Your data is encrypted- meaning no one but yourself can read it unless you decide to share it. Your information is safely stored on secure servers in compliance with GDPR guidelines and will never be shared, sold, or distributed to outside parties.
How long does it take to find "insights"?
We need about a month’s worth of data before we can start translating your numbers into detailed reports and personalized insights.
The more data available, the more specific our trend reports will be, and the more you’ll be able to learn about yourself.
